Quality guaranteed We take care

During production or before shipment you will get QC reports if needed and a final production sample will be sent to you for your approval before shipment. If the products in your shipment are not conforming to the sample and have a quality problem, you will not pay for the nonconforming products. We will remedy the nonconformance and re-produce a corrected product.

Blueprint

  • The customer provides us with a blueprint of all product specifications.
  • If the customer does not have a blueprint, we will need some products samples.
  • We will check with our engineers and offer you a quote based on your raw materials, the quantity of your order, and your packaging requirements.
  • You will also receive an estimated delivery time.

Sample

After the order is confirmed we will produce some pre-production samples for the customer’s approval. If we need to open a mold, we will open it and then go forward with the pre-production.

Approval

  • Upon receiving the pre-production samples, the customer will send us an approval.
  • If any adjustments are needed, we will work with you to make any necessary changes.

Production

  • The approved product is moved to mass production where our expert technicians work on producing the highest quality products for you.
  • After the production testing is completed, the items are packaged according to the packaging specifications, which may include making them shelf ready.

Quality Control

Our world class inspection engineers ensure that each of our products is tested for the highest quality. Any flaw is rejected. We do not compromise on quality.

Transportation

Following mass production, we move the products to the relevant warehouse and ports where we will begin shipping to the customer warehouse.

  • Your product is then ready to be shipped.
  • We take care of the shipment process, until our products reach your warehouse.
